Placing your order and choosing the Free Shipping method guarantees that MaxTow will select a shipping method with a carrier of their choosing, estimating a delivery date before December 25*. Guaranteed delivery is applicable to the Contiguous United States only. Billing must be approved before preparing the order for shipping. For more information, visit our Store Policies page.
*Shipping guarantees apply only to items that are in stock and have shipped from our warehouse facility. We cannot guarantee your order arrives before December 25 if an item is backordered. In the event of a delayed package, MaxTow and the shipping carrier cannot be held liable. Please know that we will do everything we can within reason to ensure that your order is shipped and delivered in a timely manner. Expedited shipping options are available upon checkout.

We are extending our Holiday Returns Policy through the month of January 2024. Holiday returns are only eligible for direct website and phone orders placed from November 1 - December 25. All holiday sales are final on February 1, 2024.
