MaxTow Offers 30 Day No Hassle Returns!

As the new MaxTow site takes off, we’d like to introduce our 30 Day No Hassle Return Policy! MaxTow backs all of our products with 100% satisfaction guarantee and wants to keep the return/exchange process hassle free for customers. If anything you purchase fails to live up to your expectations, a refund will be issued for the undamaged product within 30 days of the original purchase date. It’s as easy as that!
If you find you are unhappy with your product, contact MaxTow within 30 days of the purchase date to complete a return or exchange. After the first 30 days from the date of purchase, all sales are final. When packing up your return make sure that all merchandise is in the original packaging and contains all accessories and instruction manuals. Failure to include accessories, sensors, mounting hardware, or instruction manuals will result in a reduced credit amount for the missing items. Make sure all sensors, probes, and mounting hardware are sealed in plastic bags so that nothing goes missing or gets damaged before returning back to the MaxTow warehouse.
All items being returned MUST have an RMA number attached to it. Packages without an RMA number will be refused upon delivery to the warehouse and will be sent back to you. You can obtain your RMA number by contacting our customer support. This number will only be valid for 15 days from the issue date. All refunds will be issued in the form of your original payment. These may take up to 7 days to process once we receive the product, however once the refund is submitted it can take 7 to 10 business days to post your bank account or credit card, so please be patient!
As for all holiday gift returns, make sure to contact MaxTow before January 15 th. Holiday gift returns are only eligible for orders placed November 14 through December 25. All returns MUST be in brand new condition and in the original packaging!
